Alright, here’s the deal 👇

Every hoodie, t-shirt, and sweatshirt we make is custom-made just for you — your size, your color, your design. Basically, we don’t have a warehouse full of extras lying around waiting to be swapped.

So...

•⁠  ⁠No returns just because you changed your mind or your mirror had a bad day.
But — we’re not monsters!

Exchange policy:
•⁠  ⁠If it doesn’t fit quite right, you can exchange it for another size (as long as it’s available).

•⁠  ⁠If your size isn’t in stock, you can swap it for another product of equal value.

•⁠  ⁠Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging — you know, common sense stuff.

Return policy:

Defects or Wrong Item
If we mess up (rare, but hey, we’re humans!) 

•⁠  ⁠Got a defected item or wrong design? That’s on us.

•⁠  ⁠DM us on Instagram or send us an email within 48 hours of order delivery. We’ll exchange it, or refund you. Easy.

We go all in — you go all in.

•⁠  ⁠That means no returns, only exchanges (based on the available stock).

📦 When You Receive Your Order

•⁠  ⁠You can open your package when it arrives to make sure it's the item you ordered. 

•⁠  ⁠If something’s off, pay for your order, let the courier carry on with his day, hit us up on Instagram or email us right away so we can sort it out fast, either with return or exchange based on the issue.
